Love this company

I'm impressed with all stuff from Clinique. I use their creams every day! However, I have a dry skin, their creams are the best.

Website that doesn’t allow you to pay … brilliantly cr*p

Tried to place an order for my daughters birthday but unable to pay!! Rubbish website. You’ve just lost my £100 spend!

Firstly, I congratulate you on your new position, as I understand from Karina that you have recently been appointed as area manager for her branch, and she indeed sings your praises!

I am writing to you to both express the outstanding service I received both from Najma previously before my holidays and indeed today from Karina; again, with the experience being so enjoyable, it truly is a pleasure to spend money at your store, as I know I get accurate and honest advice and not the "hard sell" you get in so many other companies/stores.

The authentic wonderful experience and support were genuinely incredible, served by both of these ladies, who always give helpful and friendly advice and see such extraordinary teamwork. The product knowledge from ALL the team was second to any, and never seen this before Globally, including the stores like Harrods and Selfridges.

The customer service was/is off the scale. I mean the "positive" scale, to the point of being in the store for an average of over 1.5 hours per trip and feeling like a VIP. Let me tell you; it was the best experience ever. I cannot wait to spend more money and visit very soon, which I am sure you do not often hear from customers, especially these days! Again, this shows me the level of service has not stopped or friendliness since the first time I dealt with your company, and long may it carry on.

I got blown away by the personal service, care, and attention. It is clear that these two are so well respected in the company, being so professional, polite, and helpful, but most importantly, listening to what I was saying and knowing me to match my needs. I was utterly blown away by being treated as an individual and someone who could relate to and understand my needs, concerns, upsets, and issues, WHICH I CAN NOT AND HAVE NOT found anywhere these days.

When they spoke, it was so factual regarding their knowledge that I felt I was at college again and wanted to take notes; they were just so friendly and approachable. Based on my trips to see both of these ladies, and being loyal to Kiehls, due to their poor performance both as shops and the demise of their product range, I have with delight parted waves from them and I was a loyal and good customer, but it now appears they have just fallen to the wayside which is their loss and Cliniques gain, which shows that if you give that personal service, it does pay off, and most certainly if I may say so: as the AM you should feel very proud of these two ladies performance, to the point where the assistant at the counter behind yours in Boots- LANCOME was watching on the performance of Karina and her unique talents with her mouth open and so she should. When someone like Karina and Najma are Ambassadors for your product, I always believe a noise should be made. I wish these ladies were present more often, as I know Najma only works a long weekend in particular.

The service was so incredible that I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed that much. It was late, and like always had exceeded themselves in their jobs.

I want to let you know that you've received this mail. I pray this message and feedback get to the CEO or relevant senior management. I also permit you to use this in marketing if you so wish.

Absolute go to!

Clinique is my favorite brands for skin care and also make up. I love the mild scent on their products I love how good it feels on the skin and overall the quality and value highly recommend.

Fab products, awful website.

I love Clinique and have used their products for nearly 20 years but the website is shockingly bad. Asked to login every time I try to look at something or click basket/rewards/order history and delivery is over 1 week. Come on Clinique- invest in a decent website, you’re losing customers.

Product wise, make-up remover balm- amazing! 3 step great- but speak to a consultant first, exfoliating scrub (not the 7day scrub- bit rubbish) is the grittiest and THE BEST.

Package lost quickly resolved

They've lost my order 2131852351. One month later , I did not receive any package, refund or feedback.

They've given notice about the package within 8 hours. And I was able to Pick up the package. Thank you.

MISLEADING ADVERTISING & GENERALLY POOR SITE but great products

Their products are terrific - truly. Absolutely no complaints. But good luck trying to get their site to give you the free products that they promise. And they send you misleading advertising eg: 15% off and then you find out after the order is made and you call the Service Line that you "don't qualify". This is the kind of gimmick that was made infamous by banks, insurance, and auto companies. I suggest buying their products at Sephora.

I ordered from Clinique website on…7/18/22

Updated: Someone from Clinique contacted me regarding the order and has credited me back the full amount, plus shipping out the original order. I will update to a 5 if this happens. They realize that some of their reps are not up to their standards

I ordered from Clinique website on 7/18/22. They shipped to the wrong address, did the chat with someone on 7/22/22 she promised a new shipment in 2 days plus a 10% discount (order was over $100.00) Never showed up. Clinique customer service is HORRIBLE. You have lost me as a customer. I have ordered for over 20 plus years. Maybe you should train you customer service people.
